How to request data deletion

If you want Madadgar to delete your account or personal data, please email us from the same email address used for your Madadgar account.

Send your request to:

skillstackteam@gmail.com

If the email app does not open, click Open Gmail Request or manually email skillstackteam@gmail.com with the subject “Madadgar Data Deletion Request”.

What to include in your request

• Your registered Madadgar email address
• Your full name
• Your phone number, if added in the app
• A clear statement that you want your Madadgar account and data deleted

What data may be deleted

Depending on your account activity, we may delete or anonymize the following data:

• Account profile information, such as name, email, phone number, and role
• Saved location details
• Professional profile information and service details
• Marketplace product listings and product images
• Portfolio, verification, or uploaded images where applicable
• Booking, message, notification, and report records where deletion is legally and technically possible

Processing time

We aim to review data deletion requests within 7 business days. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.
